Amy offers personalized fitness sessions and “Relaxation Packages,” which can be conducted privately in homes or on-site. These sessions are a multicultural blend of restorative practices designed to relax the nervous system, muscles, and connective tissue, while boosting the immune system. Techniques include Vedic Thai Assisted Body Stretching, AromaTouch essential oils clinical application, Orbital Body Buffing, herbal compresses, somatic deep breathing exercises, and more. Each session is customized to the individual's needs, with varying durations.
